Southern European Center for Legal Research is scientific organization that promotes legal research and legal science via publications, providing legal aid and opinions, conferences and seminars. Since SECLR is meeting point of some of the most distinguished professors and practitioners in Southern Europe, they are also providing legal analysis and legal opinions for the Ministries (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Science) and to the numerous law firms and major enterprises. We conducted extensive work in numerous fields but we primarily focus on international law and international relations, corruption, human rights and constitutional and criminal law.

Primarily we are focused on the Western Balkans and issues countries within this region(Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) are facing on their way towards EU membership but we are also dealing with constitutional, corruption, international law and human rights issues also in other countries such as Italy, Spain, Greece and France.
